The 2 bed apartment is situated in the popular Miraflores complex, and has a large terrace & wonderful sea views perfect for relaxing & eating el fresco. With 2 large pools, a short walk to the beach, bars & restaurants this a perfect holiday choice.
The 3 bed, 2 bathroom , apartment is furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen, satellite flatscreen TV & DVD player. Leading from the large lounge/diner is a very spacious balcony, complete with a barbeque, tables & chairs, which is a great place to sit and admire the wonderful sea view & for el fresco eating. The apartment is situated on the second floor in Rancho Miraflores B. With one double bedroom with en suite and two twin bedrooms, plus a separate bathroom, the apartment is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is secure underground parking with an allocated space and lift access to the apartment.
In well maintained gardens there are 2 large pools & 2 children´s pools. The upper large pool is manned by a life guard in peak season. And it is just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, with bars & restaurants to tempt you en route so you will be spolit for choice.
The popular Miraflores complex contains supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a sports complex & golf club. Rancho C is quiet and peaceful, yet with easy access to the N340 it is perfectly situated to enjoy the best the region has to offer. It is only 15 minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella & Fuengirola & close to the small town of La Cala which has a weekly local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The lovely small port of Cabopino is also only a 5 minute drive away
