A split level apartment , located in Warsaw’s residential Bielany district, 300 meters away from the “Stare Bielany” Metro station, opposite the Medical Postgraduate Training Center and close to local government buildings. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a pre-war brownstone building, by a quiet side street . There are four guest rooms in the apartment, a fully equipped and functional kitchen connected by a bar with the dining/living room area, a bathroom and a separate WC. The apartment has been freshly adapted and renovated – the rooms are cozy, elegant and colorful, the common area is spacious and does not collide with the sleeping areas.
Equipment: There are three hotel double beds (130 x 200 cm) It is possible to make two additional single beds available on request. The kitchen is equipped with a gas-cum-electricity hot-plate, a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and a washing machine. All guest rooms are equipped with tables, armchairs, desks and wardrobes. Numerous overhead storage lockers allow storing empty luggage out of sight to maintain a home-like atmosphere. Opposite the building, in front of the Medical Postgraduate Training Center, two parking spaces are available. There is a small garden with grilling facilities in front of the apartment. The apartment has satellite television and Internet access. Also, basic home furnishings are available, including an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, two TV sets with sat TV receivers and a CD/cassette/radio player/receiver.

Żoliborz is a place that always was and always will enchant anyone who sees it.
The name of this area comes from the French phrase joli bord (beautiful side/bank) that was used to describe the beautiful bank of Vistula river. The marvelous view on the other side of it often provoked spontaneous exclamation joli bord, and later it was transcribed to polish language as Żoliborz.
A certain area in Żoliborz is called Marymont, and its name also has a French etymology, being a polish version of Marie Mont – Marie’s Mountain. On that mountain/hill (polish King Jan III Sobieski, a great warrior and a conqueror of the Turks in Vienna, built a summer residence for his beloved wife Marysieńka. Nowadays, on the foundations of the palace, stands a catholic church. The oldest (and one of the smallest – 8,3 km2) park in Warsaw called Kaskada is placed at the foot of the hill. Including 250 hectares of dense greenspace. Knowing that there are 50 000 inhabitants in Żoliborz, there’s 50 m2 of green lungs for each one of them.One, saying: Żoliborz, always thinks of it as of Warsaw’s greenspace. Its uniqueness is not only about the beauty of the landscape but also about the healthy & breathing spaces.
